Registration Includes

Note: Attendees registered under the "Delegate/Listener" or "Accompanying" categories are not eligible to present research in oral or poster sessions.

Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy

• Conference management strictly adheres to the cancellation timeline.
• When cancellation is requested more than 120 days before the conference, a $200 administrative fee will be deducted from the total refund.
• No refunds are granted for cancellations made less than 100 days before the conference.
• Discounted registrations or special passes can be transferred to an upcoming event or opted for a credit shell.
• Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed and issued during the third week following the conclusion of the conference.

Cancellation Policy in the Event of Natural Disasters & Unforeseen Circumstances

When an event is replaced, postponed, or canceled due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, such as natural calamities, industrial strikes, terrorism, or global health emergencies, the organizers shall not be held accountable for any resulting financial loss, travel expenses, or personal damage.

The conference organizers reserve the right to postpone or reschedule events due to unforeseen emergencies.
